Flywheel Motion is the personal-brand and discoverability practice of We The Flywheel, an AI-native digital group company. Co-founded by Andi Cross and Thomas Prommer. It works with founders, executives and organizations whose work matters but whose visibility does not yet match it.

The platform combines web infrastructure, search and LLM optimization, social amplification, KPI-aligned measurement, authority architecture, and strategic storytelling.
