Tech, AI & Data

Human judgment. Connected intelligence.

Flywheel Motion runs on a shared environment where our team, your team and AI specialists work from the same context. People make the decisions. The system keeps what we learn, so each piece of work starts further along than the one before it.

A connected learning loop
  1. Learn
  2. Plan
  3. Execute
  4. Review
  5. Measure

Measurement informs the next round of learning.

Why do we build on open data standards?

Open standards let search, trend, engagement, product and experience signals connect without being locked inside one tool. When those signals share a format, they can inform the same decision.

Open standards describe how systems connect. We treat permission to use data as a separate decision, with access defined for the work we do together.

How does the system learn from each piece of work?

Our working loop is Learn, Plan, Execute, Review, Measure. What we measure feeds the next round of learning.

Audience insight, context and performance history build up with each pass. That is where the compounding comes from. A later brief draws on what earlier work taught us about your audience and your field.

How do people and AI specialists work together, and what can clients see?

Our team, your team and AI agents work in one shared cloud environment with the same context. Specialist agents handle defined parts of the work, and a person decides what to say, what to publish and what to change.

You work inside that same environment. You can see the briefs, decisions and work as they take shape. A person reviews the work before publication and again when results come back.

What does the content engine build?

The content engine is reusable capacity. Each piece moves through research, brief, draft, verification, edit, publication and measurement, and every stage runs again on the next topic.

Our experience is built into how content gets briefed, structured, checked, edited and optimized. Verification comes before editing, so a claim is checked against its source before anyone polishes the sentence around it.

What is the semantic layer?

The semantic layer defines the entities in your work, how they relate to each other and the common vocabulary everyone uses for them. People, pages and AI agents all work from that one description.

In practice it means official entity homes, structured data, consistent terms and corroborating sources. Schema describes facts a reader can see on the page, and we keep it truthful to them.

How do we approach website quality for search and LLMs?

Traditional search and LLM answers both scrutinize the page itself. We pursue accessibility, performance, clear crawlable content and original evidence, because those qualities help readers and machines alike.

Google's guidance says the same SEO fundamentals apply to its AI features, and no special schema is required. Eligibility does not guarantee display. We keep testing and improving the website with each release.

The standards behind the approach

Google Search Central: AI features and your website explains eligibility, useful content and why structured data must match what a reader sees.

Schema.org provides the shared vocabulary for describing entities and their relationships in structured data.

Questions & answers

Does open data mean everyone can see my data?

No. Open standards describe how systems connect. Access and permission to use data are separate decisions for the engagement.

Do AI agents make decisions about my content?

No. Agents support research, drafting and checking. A person on our team or yours makes the strategy and publishing calls.

Can structured data guarantee an appearance in AI search features?

No. Google says no special schema is required for its AI features and that eligibility does not guarantee display. We use structured data to describe visible facts accurately.

What stays with us as the work develops?

Audience insight, working context and performance history inform later briefs and decisions. The learning loop gives each new round of work a starting point grounded in what came before.
